ConsentVault.AI · A Product of The Innovative Native LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how The Innovative Native LLC, the maker of ConsentVault.AI ("ConsentVault," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses and shares information through https://consentvault.ai (the "Site"), the early-access program and our communications. We build a product whose whole job is proving consent, so we hold ourselves to the same standard: we collect little, we say exactly what we keep, and we keep your consent the way we would tell anyone else to keep it.
Highlights
What we collect: what you type into our early-access form (email, and optionally name, company, role and mobile number), the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the technical details of that request (server time, IP address, browser). That is all.
What we do not do: we do not sell or rent your information, we do not buy data about you from third parties, and the Site loads no advertising or analytics trackers.
Your choices: unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or email info@theinnovativenative.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.
What Information Do We Collect?
Information you give us. Your work email address; optionally your name, company, role and mobile phone number; and anything you write to us.
Consent evidence. The exact consent wording shown beside the checkbox and its version, a fingerprint (SHA-256) of that wording, the time from our server, and a fingerprint chaining your request to the one before it.
Technical information. The IP address, browser string and approximate country your request arrived with, recorded once with your submission. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived security logs as part of operating the Site.
How Do We Collect Your Information?
Directly from you, when you submit the early-access form, download the field guide from a link we send, or communicate with us; and automatically, only as described above, when your browser sends a request to the Site. We do not collect information about you from data brokers, credit agencies, social media platforms or other third parties.
Call Monitoring and Recording
If you call us, or if you consent to receive calls and we call you, the call may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, verification and record-keeping. Where required by law, we will tell you at the start of the call that it is being recorded, and you may decline to be recorded.
How Do We Use Your Information?
- To respond to your early-access request, schedule demonstrations and onboarding, and provide customer care.
- To send product and availability updates and occasional notes on consent and AI compliance you agreed to receive.
- To keep proof of your consent and of any opt-out, exactly as given.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Text Messaging
Enrollment and consent. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from The Innovative Native LLC about ConsentVault.AI at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. Messages may include responses to your early-access request, scheduling and confirmations, product updates, customer care, feedback requests and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will send one reply confirming it and no further texts. Reply START or sign up again to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or email info@theinnovativenative.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of your mobile information. We will not use or share your mobile number for any purpose other than communicating with you as described here. No mobile information, and no text-message opt-in or consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We keep your contact information while early access and any relationship with you are active, plus three (3) years. Records evidencing your consent to calls, texts and email, and any opt-out, are kept for at least five (5) years, because they are the proof of what you agreed to and when you said stop. Our consent records are append-only: a correction or an opt-out is recorded as a new entry rather than by altering the original, and a deletion request removes your contact details from active use while we keep the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out.
Your Choices and Rights
- Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
- Access, correction and deletion: email info@theinnovativenative.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the retention of opt-out records described above.
- No retaliation: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these choices.
California Residents
If you are a California resident and our collection of your information is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use and share; the right to delete it (subject to certain exceptions); the right to correct it; and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law. To exercise these rights, email info@theinnovativenative.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and a signup record that the database itself refuses to alter or delete. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Site.
